I Get Shest Pain During Menstruation. Suggest Me The Remedy

Hi, For at least 4 -6 months now I have been getting a stitch pain (right hand chest/inside shoulder ) it only occurs during and upto a week after menstruation. It is sharp and can deepen with inhalation. Please advise. Many thanks

From the location of the pain you mentioned,it is very likely that you have tenderness in the "axillary tail of spence" which is a part of your breast which extends to your armpits. As you might be aware of, you can get some breast tenderness before your periods. As this "axillary tail of spence" is a normal part of breast present in all women, you might develop tenderness in this area also.
