I get foot swelling if sitting in a same place more than 15 mins. Is this varicose veins ?

I have a problem in my foot which is swelling if sitting in a same position more than 15 mts.If i go to bed/get back to sleep it is reduced,continuing since 2 years...I consulted with doctor ,my kidney , heart ,urine & blood every thing normal... but he says something insufficiency in blood cisculation....What is the solution to my problem..

Hi Ravi Shankar,
Yes, it is varicose veins, your other reports are normal.I would suggest u some precautions:
Keep watch over your weight,as it reduces the pressure over veins of your legs..
Donot sit or stand over long periods of time,take breaks to move on-increases blood flow.
Keep your legs elevated.
Take Leech Therapy under expert ayurvedic physician.

u should check u r thyroid hormone level
if u r over weight then u should reduce it
reduce salt in take
better to consult surgeon
