I have a small open sore on my penis about the size of a dime, just below the head . It s not painful or itchy but it hasn t healed up in the past month, it sometimes gets a yellowish scab, kinda like dried mucus, that falls away whenever I take a shower. It s kind of puffy around the edges, and a little over a week ago I noticed that it spread, there are now several small semi-transparent, reddish, rough bumps on the shaft and head. A few days ago I found similar bumps on my chest and stomach. I recently visited a clinic who gave some kind of herpes medication which has not worked for the past week, and the test they did recently turned out negative. What do I have ?
