I Feel Chest Pains, Discomfort,dizziness And Back And Jaw Pains

Although a young healthy person, i feel chest pains, discomfort, dizziness , and back and jaw pains. Help!? It adds so much anxiety to me and im not sure what i can do to feel better and not get as anxious.

It could be stress related to begin with. I tend to clamp down on my teeth when I'm sleeping during stressful times. That could be hurting your mouth. My husband has had chest pains a couple times and it was "stress related" -- also meaning stomach acids coming up and it causes the pain in your chest -- just doesn't quite feel like indigestion.
