I Cant See My Mother Suffers, Kindly Help

My mother aged around 55 years and weighs around 85kgs, suffers from knee pain in leg for few years. She looks pretty bad and I want to find out the best treatment to cure it.

Get a MRI knee done..and take a ortho consult..Rub Relaxyl ointment..it elps with pain along with hot water fomentation. she will also need to reduce her weight.
