I Am Worried About Orange Stain, Do You Have Any Ideas ?

When i went to the toilet i pulled down my pants to find a big orange stain on my pants and i am worried and not sure what it is/why it is there. It does not smell. Anyone have any ideas?

i am 21, was on microgynam 30 for 2 and half years and got switched to cilest and on my 6th day of my 2nd month of it. i didnt feel any pain or anything litterally just saw it on my pants and no idea what it is. but havent had any more orange staining since finding that this morning.
