Dear
first thing is not to have introvert type of nature. Be social and enjoy life. Avoid constipation.have regular sleep habits. eat less of sweets. Ayurveda recommends shirodhara and meditation . amongst medicines you should have krimi kuthar ras 2 tab. bd and cap bravobol.

thanks for choosing health care magic. This happenes due to disturbance in sleep cycle. There are 2 types of sleep normally, superficial and deep.Any disturbance in this pattern lead to quality sleep deprivation and hang over like things next day.Avoid tea/coffee/or other stimulant drinks after afternoon.Take light dinner and walk for a while before you go sleep.Do not watch or read thriller movies or programmes.Try relaxation techniques like yoga and meditation you should be fine.If you are not happy with this after some time you take help of your doctor for this.

Hi

I will try my best to answer your query.
Sounds like you have a trigger that is causing the sleeplessness and the bad dreams, possibly anxiety or depression issues.
A lot of times bad dreams are brought on by anxiety.
The wakefulness might be causing the bad dreams. you should consult a doctor, who will hopefully recommend a sleep specialist to find the cause of her wakefulness, and perhaps even a solution.

Hope my answer will be helpful for you.

Take care.

Hi
Welcome to healthcare magic forum
Sleep disturbance due to dreams leads to stress, which again forms a visicious cycle leading to more disturbing dreams.
Try sleeping at regular time, and getting up early so that you can sleep earlier at night.
How long have you had this problem? Have you taken any medicine for this till now?
Was this problem triggered by any particular incident? Are you undergoing any kind of mental stress (work related/emotional/family/relationship wise) ?

You can try homoepathy safely for sleep disorders.
