I am having pain due to knee joint slips

hi sir right leg knee got injured in a bike accident..In the X-ray no fracture is found...But sometimes the knee joint slips...and pains hard...I am taking bed rest now....But the conditions does not change by 5 days.

This problem may be due to protective muscles happened on the muscles which supports knee joints especially TFL band locate on the outer portion of the thigh. During accident muscles will go or strong contraction to protect you from further injury , it is an involuntary protective mechanism controls by Brain.

In this particular condition your other studies will be normal need to have more physical examination on basis of biomechanical view

If you don?t release it might lead to chronic arthritis, back pain and pain around and under the feet.

Meanwhile please check your shoe and find which side is worn off more. If it is inner side(big toe side) consider as abnormal weight transfer due to TFL tight.
