You may be having a gynaecological problem like endometriosis/adenomyosis which can cause a large uterus or it could be a large ovarian tumor which contributes to constipation. You need to check the ultrasound results to confirm. Report to the Gynaecologist for treatment of your cycles as it needs examination as well.
