My labia manora burns slightly and is sensetive. I am not having sex and have been check for stds, bacterial and yeast infections, all negative. I m 52, post menopause and do not have sex. My labia manora is sensitive and burns slightly.

it is atrophic vaginitis. burning occurs due to low secretion from bartholin glands.
