Pediatrician 's  Response
though often no problems occur, you have to be utmost careful regarding the instructions. for her age though the dose of suppository doesnt matter much.
the suppostories are best given rectally keeping the child in lateral position, and well lubricating the suppostory withw ater it should be gently inserted without pain.

paracetamol is also available as oral suspension and dose for 20 kg child will be around 200 mg.

hope you know thw reason for fever in this case. write back for detailed advice if you would like to know more help in understanding the reason for fever.
