Hypothyroidism, Cysts In Right Ovary Unable To Conceive. Taking Deviry. Done Myomectomy. Treatment?
hello doctor hw r u ? i am facing a great problem these days and i dont know how to solve it as many doctors are giving me differnt opinions...i had a myomectomy in 2009 before marriage .in dec 2010 i got married .bt till now i havnt concieved..im also having hypothyrodism.plus in my present scan there are 2 chocolate cysts in my right ovary 10mm and 23mm respectively. im on deviry 10mg........

I understand that you want to conceive. Firstly it's important to keep your thyroid status normal. Secondly chocolate cysts on your ovary means you have endometriosis. Many people with endometriosis don't ovulate, so you should get checked regarding the same. Deviry will help you to regulate periods to some extend, but it doesn't help to conceive. You can also get a laparoscopy done for chocolate. cysts.
