You have missed your period for 2 months and a pregnancy test is negative.
You should get an ultrasound to rule out cyst,PCOS etc.If all normal,then hormonal imbalance needs to be ruled out.

ya in next visit tell your problem to dr. you may need some blood tests for homone assay. and pelvic ultrasound for pcod, which are the causes of missed period apart from pregnancy. take care.
