How To Treat Tiny Spotty And Bright Red Rashes On Breast?

I have been getting very tiny spotty and bright red rashes on my breast. They will come and go but lately they have been lasting longer and getting more severe. I take showers and my clothes are clean. I thought it might be dry skin but putting lotion on does not help. They only seem to be happening under, inside, beneath or in the middle. But never on top or by the nipple. It itches and the skin seems to be peeling not flaky buy like a sunburn peel. Even though its 40 below here! Not sunburn weather! Please help me!

Hi,Welcome to Health care magic forum.
It appears to be the allergic reaction to some thing like, bra hooks, material etc. Or dress material.
I advise you to consult a dermatologist for diagnosis and treatment.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms levocitrizine, ofloxacin, grisofulvin, and ketokonazole soap.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and protein rich foods to have blood, good health and resistance against the infections. These also helps to protect the skin texture, and health.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you
