How To Treat The Lump In Labia Majora That Itches?

Hi i have 2 bumps on my labia majora right next to eachother... it hasn't spread at all n it doesn't hurt, it just itches. I also have a foul odor n i have for a few weeks now, n my urine also smells very strong. I had a urinalysis done n i didn't have a uti or anything. Can u give me an idea of what it could possibly be?

The symptoms do suggest an infection, but it might be that simple. This could be an infection/inflammation of the hair follicle (based on the location) or a batholin cyst, etc.

It needs to be physically examined, and based on the cause, it will have to be treated. Please visit a doctor for a more detailed examination
