How To Treat Swollen Vein On My Right Temple Which Recently Showed Up?

I am 47 yrs old female and take propafenone 325 mg and tenormin 25 mg for A fib I have a swollen vein on my right temple which recently showed up about 2 months ago. It is more pronounced when I excersize but doesnt ever go away. I do suffer from migraines and take Zomig 5mg spray prn.
