How To Treat Sunburn Blisters On My Shoulder Blades?
I am a 25 year old female, 5'9, 334 lbs and have not had any skin problems or really bad sun burns until this last weekend. I went to lake from 1:30pm to about 4pm and didn't use any sun screen. Stupid me. But I am bright and dark red with blisters around the shoulder blades spreading to both sides of each sholder. I am wanting to take a shower, wash my hair and what do i treat it with. I have been using vingear and solarcaine for the sunburn. The heat is I think almost out of it and the pain from the blisters is what is hurting now I believe. What do I do? What can I do? THanks Melissa
Hi melissa...thanks for sharing your problem here in this forum.... You got sunburn..dont worry ..you can treat it like this ...do take shower ...keep the burnt area clean....use antibiotic cream with soothing effect like bacitrcine and xylocain....do use painkillers like ibuprofen....take antiallergic like fexofenadine...it will be fine in a week....when healed then use sunblock in future....thanks...
