On Saturday I was out in the Sun. Redness sunburn on face and bald head. Fluid filled blisters and swollen forehead. Today, Monday, Blisters draining on head, small ones on nose, forehead seems more swollen, more area. Different than any sunburn before. What do I do?

hi,
thank you for posting your query on HCM.
as per your history, you have got phototoxic reaction.
at present, my treatment advise would be:
- avoid going in sun.
- protect yourself from Sun by covering your face with clothing applying sunscreen.
- you may take a course of oral antibiotics like tab azithromycin 500 mg once a day for 5 days.
- tab levocetrizine twice a day for itching and tab ibuprofen, if pain occurs due to blisters.
- you may apply topical furomate-f cream( Mometasone plus fusidic acid) twice a day over the lesions. it will reduce swelling as well as prevent infection.
consult a dermatologist nearby if persistent.
apply sunscreen daily after healing of lesions.
wishing you a good health.
thank yiu
