How To Treat Stomach Gurgling And Vomiting?

I have finished a 10-day course of treatment for Giardia last Friday. I was put on Paromomycin because I am 8 weeks pregnant. When I was on the treatment I felt much better. Since going off I have had the gurgles in my stomach when I eat and have been vomiting. It's hard to say if that is from morning sickness or not, but I did feel better then I do now when I was on the treatment. Could I still have Giardia? Or do the symptoms tend to linger even after being treated? Or is it simply morning sickness (although the gurgling stomach leads me to believe it is not.) thank you!

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

If you have taken the treatment of giardiasis then it must have been cured now. The present symptoms or the condition of gurgling sound could be due to peristalsis. A sound that is coming from the intestine and then moving rhythmically is a kind of pulsation. Empty intestine produces more loud sound it is also called the hunger contraction sound, no need to worry about that.
