Hi,
Im 15 years old, about 6' 2", and about 220 lbs. I have had previous ankle injuries, including completely tearing my ATFL on my right foot. Today I just hurt myself in my left foot. I was playing basketball and I stepped on one of my teammate's shoe. My left foot went back on to my heel and I heard pops. After, my foot rocked back forward and I landed on another person's shoe, again hearing pops in the front of my foot. There is no swelling on ankle, but my Achilles is completely red and bones on top of ankle are sore. Luckily, I was wearing a plastic ankle brace, preventing any major tears/sprains to my ankle. What do you think I did?
