How To Treat Severe Hearing Loss In Both Ears?
I have had hearing loss for several years mostly in my left ear. Three days ago I lost hearing in my right ear.
I have for at least three years answered my phone holding to my right ear, three days ago I got to where I could not hear using the right ear and was hearing unusual sounds. I plan to go to a Doctor but can you tell me anything I can do until I get an appointment. Oh, day before yesterday when I woke, my head was spinning so I could not walk for about an hour. This has cleared up.

Regarding your hearing loss you may have to get a audiometry done and have to try hearing aid trial.
you have not mentioned anything about history of ear discharge
If you have chronic suppurative otitis media then the cause for your hearing loss and vertigo (head spinning as u mentioned).
what i will suggest is to use
T Gingo Bilova once daily till you see a specialist
T Vertin 16 mg three times daily for 3 days
Avoid getting up from bed suddenly
