How To Treat Severe Blockages In Ear?

11 months ago I had a transphenoid pituitary adenoma removed. In the past month I have developed severe blockage in the right ear,( the side of approachment) I have recently seen an ENt for removal of crusty build up and am using a nasal douche. My breathing is better but my ear seems totally blocked.

Hi.
Thanks for your query and an elucidate history.
Noted the history of operation of trans-sphenoid pituitary adenoma and development of crusts,
This development must have caused the Eustachian tube dysfunction causing fluid built up in the middle ear causing in turn reduced hearing in the form of
reduced air conduction.
This can be investigated by :
ENT Endoscopy
CT scan of PNS
To continue the medicines and see the reasults and get relaed
I find this answer helpful
