The words, GIST BLUEB do not make any sense. There must be some type of transcriptional mistake in the report or you miscopied something- those words do not have any meaning in English. Normal central canal and spinal means that no pathology in the spinal cord at the level of the spinal canal exists. Treatment could be therapy (maybe even aquatherapy) for the neck as well as massage, thermal therapy, and perhaps some type of pain medication if the neck remains very painful.
