How To Treat Pus Culture And Ovarian Cyst Mediated Chronic Abdominal Pain?

good morning doctor i am a 27 year old female i got regularly pain in my abdomen so i went to hospital they did a scan and said you are having a puss culture and a cyst in ovary possibly it may be a post surgery infection they given anti-biotic through iv for one month and took out the 40ml puss through a syringe and needle now again i got pain the problem persisting now now i went to another doctor she said we will go for a AKT-3 for one month if it is dissolved its ok otherwise will do a laproscopic surgery but you wont get another baby please give me a proper solution
