OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi,

The first thing that is required for this condition is a ultrasound examination of whole abdomen for proper localization of your multi load, after that progesterone support may be required to correct cycle.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Sujoy S. Bhattacharjee, OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine
