How To Treat Leg Cramps In The Thigh?

hi doctor, I have completed my 33rd week of pregnancy and since last few weeks have been vomiting once in a day. usually after my calcium medicine. Due to which i have not taken the medicine for few days. kindly help have been getting leg cramps in the inner thighs also during this period

Dear madam,I understand your concern.the muscle cramps are commonly seen in pregnancy .they are due to calcium deficiency.so dont worry you can get rid of them by taking calcium medication and taking milk daily.
