General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms seem to be related to a osteoarthritis.

I suggest using anti inflammatory medications such as Baclofen three times day.

I also suggest using Voltaren gel for local application.

Cold compresses can also be very helpful.

If the symptoms continue you should see a rheumatologist.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
