Hello
It seems from the history that you are having herpes infection of the eye.
The treatment of acute herpes infection is by using antiviral drugs in the form of eye ointments or eye drops. Acyclovir is the most common antiviral drug used.
The recurrent attacks are treated by oral antivirals lime acyclovir drugs used continuously for 3 to 6 months.
Since you have mentioned that you are having scar probably on the cornea which is causing diminution of vision, you require ketatoplaty depending on the density of scar.
Hence I advice you to consult cornea specialist doctor for evaluation and treatment.

Thank you
