How To Treat Headache?

I have been having headaches for last few days. I don't normal have headaches. I have had a fizzing feeling in the back of my head. Feels like something is moving in my head. It's weird. I also have been diagnosed with mixed connecitivie tissue disease 2 years ago. I had a positive ana result. I am always achy, tired, and have had numbness in fingers especially when temp. is low. I have constipation on a regular basis. I take wellbutrin and trazdone for depression. I have also taken tramadol as needed for pain but try not to take it unless ibroprufen doesn't work.
