The headache can occur by anxiety attack ...In addition panic attack by anxiety can lead palpitation that is feeling fast heart beats and sweating but not leads nose bleeding.... Nose bleed could be from allergic or non allergic rhinitis or from nose trauma or excess heat exposure.... Pinch nose with thumb and index for stopping bleeding.... If needed nasal package has to be inserted Do your CBC .If platelet count low dengue has to be ruled out.... If you have congestive symptoms then antihistaminic given.... Sometime nasal polyp can lead bleed. Consult ENT surgeon for your rhinoscopy examination ... Take care
