hi. i have had diarrea for a month - started on a trip to bali, indonesia. i live in kenya, africa. took one course of anitbiotics and amoeba pills, and it stopped for three days and then i came back. had a stool test which was negative for eggs and culture. i went to the loo seven times yesterday and already twice today. my stomach hurts, i feel weak and dizzy and have had a herpes outbreak on my upper lip. i am exhausted and 10 hours sleep at night are not helping. doctor suggested flora normalising pills?
