How To Treat Burping And Bloating In Stomach?
hi am teju and my age is 25\
i have been suffering from burping and stomach is bulged since 4 to 5 months.........i got ultra sound, blood test and endoscope diagnosed and the reports are normal......
i was suggested by a doctor to use pantacid for month... i used it for 1 month and after that burping started agian....
and now doctor prescribed pantacid dsr and bifilac hp for 1 month......
my question is.... if i stop taking tablets am getting burping and pain agian........ is this burping and pain not curer able.......
i am scared to use this all tablets becoz i am get any side effects.......

Please check with your gastro enterologist doctor about the duration of your treatment because long term all these drugs can create side effects .
Please try to do lifestyle changes like
stopping all diary products
stopping wheat
eating a plant based diet .Chew your food and dont swallow it
eat a high fibre diet. Dont eat any processed foods .
keep a 3 hour gap between dinner and going to sleep
adding a probiotic after stopping all the above foods will most probably solve your issue
