How To Treat Acute Pinprick Feelings Caused By Sunburn?

I got a very severe sunburn the end of July. Since the skin has healed, I continue to experience very acute feelings of being pricked by multiple pins on my right shoulder and upper arm. I have tried lotion, anti-itch creme and spray, as well as Aloe Vera gel, but it has not decreased. In fact, I just want to scratch my skin off. What can I use to stop this. Please help me.

If you have tried all these creams, mild steroid cream may be useful. Use lactocalamine lotion 2 times a day.
