How To Treat A Painful Anal Fissure?

Hi Doctor,
I have chronic anal fissure problem. I have this problem from last 4 years however it getting worst from last 6 months. I get 3 or more fissure during a monthe & it takes more than a week or two to heal it. I m just 27 year old. It pains like hell and can't even sit, walk properly or sleep on my back. please help me.
