How To Treat A Fissure If Movement And Sitting Seems To Be Problematic?

I have had a fissure for about 2 weeks. a few days ago I had alot of pain about a inch just above the sphincter all night. In the morning it had formed a bump that later in the day started to bleed and have a clear discharge. It is not very painful to the touch and seems to want to heal but movement and sitting are clearly making that impossible. How can I help this thing heal?

Hello and welcome to Healthcamagic.
In most cases it can be treated conservatively by stool softeners, sitz baths, steroids ointment. In severe cases, botulinum injection may be applied or it can be surgical managed.

I hope I have answered your query. I wish you a nice day.
