HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, what the symptoms you gave here may not be fistula because is forming a kind of canal from inside wall of rectum and that cominucates out side the anal region that goes on leaking, if this is not like that then it is not the fistula, fistula is surgical condition which needs surgery and without this it can not be cured, what you have stated here could be the fissure and that is again a surgical condition, it also needs surgery if not relieved with stool softening agent and local application of steroid, it is advisable to get done the clinical diagnosis first, hope this helps.
