Hello and welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

The investigative reports may requires surgery but initially it can be managed medically. However clinical symptoms could be a matter of concern or clinical condition is the question. If the clinical condition is severe then surgery can be done. But in most of the cases such findings when treated medically with the medicine, it may take at least six weeks to cure.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Akhtarhusain Shaikh
