Can H.pylori Occur With A Negative Blood Test?

I had a blood test negative for H Pylori. Then I had a EGD that showed erythema, congestion and mosaic appearance in the antrum and stomach body compatible with gastritis (with biopsy). Biopsy is not back, can it be H Pylori even with negative blood test?

Blood test is not a definitive test for H pylori detection, urea breath test and biopsy reports will also help in the establishment of final diagnosis
