How To Terminate The Pregnancy And Can Breastfeeding Be Continued?
I have two kids. Elder one is exact two years, younger baby is 7.5 months. I am feeding my younger child. I got an unwanted pregnancy. My last periods date was 24th June - 29th June. After that I didn t experience my periods till date. I gave pregnancy test in lab today which came out +ve. My both deliveries were through c-section. Me and my husband don t want this pregnancy. Also I am quite weak around weight: 56Kg , height: 5 3 . Please help me: 1. How can I terminate this pregnency? 2. Can I continue to feed my baby now and even after termination of pregnancy?

I understand your concern
Pregnancy should be terminated under the advise and supervision of gynecologist after confirming intrauterine by USG scan.
Both medical and surgical method does not affect the breast feeding.
Medical method: mifepristone and misoprostol should be used for termination of pregnancy.
600 mg mifepristone should be followed by 800 ug misoprostol vaginally/buccally under the supervision of gynecologist.
Suction evacuation should be done if you do not want drug treatment.
Post abortion USG is must after 14 days to confirm the complete process of abortion.
