sir i am using mouth chewing gutka and cigerates.up to 3 and half years.now i am feel bad mentally and physically can i able to stop that habit.how can i stop that habit.what is the first thing that i do for that .please help me sir

Very happy to hear the motivation in you to change. First try to quit gutka day by day gradually. If you get irritation or any withdrawal symptoms like restlessness, constipation., you can try nicotine chewing gum when needed.
its easier to get rid of the chewing gum later on.
always try to keep yourself away from boredom. Chew some gum or mouthfreshner instead.
