How To Remove Pearly Papules On Labia?

I am pretty sure that I have pearly papules on one side of my labia minora, they have been there for at least ten years they are usually very small and not noticeable. However they did get larger and started to rub / itch when I was pregnant with my 1st child and now the problem is worse and they are growing on the edge of one labia minora and causing irritation. I am sure they are not warts having seen many many cases in my line of work. Is there any topical treatment that can be used to reduce them.

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern and I would like to say that the lesions on your genital are there since long being that could be some mole and this wont hurt any more, still clinical observation is must because without this can be sure about the exact diagnosis and for that you need to see the dermatologist, have a nice day.
