OBGYN Dr. Rakhi Tayal's  Response
Thanks for writing to us.
Dark spots on the legs are mostly due to hyperpigmentation. For removing the scars in one month, dermabrasion is the best treatment which you can discuss with your dermatologist. There are many other remedies like bleaching agents but how far they are effective is doubtful.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
