How To Relieve Diarrhoea With Phlegm-like Substance In Stool?
Hello Doctor,
My son aged 4 yrs. 1 month, weight 22 Kg, had viral fever 3 days ago and fever is no more now. But he has been having pain in his tummy and having loose motion (3-4 times a day). Phlegm like substance is visible in stool. Please advice.

Hi,
Thank you for asking question on health care magic.
Give plenty of fluids including ORS solution to prevent dehydration.
Adequate nutrition in spite of diarrhea.
Sporolac one sachet daily may help.
Cyclopam syrup will relieve stomach pain.
Consult pediatrician if no relief within3-4 days.
