How To Reduce Snoring ?

hi can any one suggest me how to reduce snoring, i snore a lot it sounds very loud. Any medication is there if so can you get the details of the doctor to be consulted. I reside in bangalore please help me i want to get rid of this please mail me at chan2mouli@gmail.com.

Disposable nasal packs are available at pharmacies for reducing snoring.
The last resort is a corrective surgery which would be decided by a ENT specialist.

Thanks for posting query.
There are so many ways to control snoring. It includes

a) Life style changes like weight reduction, exercise, quit smoking, avoid alcohol and sleeping pills, established regular sleep pattern, etc.
b) Bedtime remedies such as Clear nasal passages, Keep bedroom air moist, Elevating your head four inches may ease breathing and encourage your tongue and jaw to move forward, Avoid caffeine and heavy meals.
