How To Reduce My Weight?

Good Morning Doctor

im an epileptic patient and its so hard for me to reduce my weight. i do exercise regularly. do aerobics 5 days a week for an hour. im 120 kgs and my height is 5'2" and im 38 years old female. would appreciate your help. thank you

well The obesity you are having might be related to the anti epileptic drug you are taking or that might be because of other probles most likly of them being PCOS & hypothyroidism.
As I am not knowing regarding the drugs you are on it is not aproriate to comment on it .
So kindly give the information regarding the same.
Its better to have the USG A/p to rule out pcos & get your thyroid profile cheked.
As of now you can do best to reduce your weight is to have brisk walk for at leastr 5 km per day and proper diet low in calories rich in fibres.
Get a proper diet char from a dietician. Avoid chees, paneer and other milk products & junk food. increase intake of salad, green leafy vegetables in your diet. & get the above said tests done & have physician opinion after that.
