Hello,
To prevent preterm labor, it is firstly and most importantly essential to treat the causative factor. Since, in your case, this seems to be a flare up of symptoms, please get these attended to as early as possible. For the time being, please take absolute bed rest, with the foot end elevated. If you are comfortable enough, try taking the left lateral position. You may take analgesic prescribed by your health care provider or use local applications. You may take anti-emetics to relieve nausea. Take adequate liquids and avoid spicy, heavy, fried foods. Hope this helps.
