How To Overcome My Breathlessness Problem?
hi.. i have a breathlessness problem.. it usually occurs when i exercise. is it curable? i hAVE ALL the asthma symptoms but the doc.. sid that m not suffering with any kind of asthma.. my lungs are very clear.. but i always feel uncomfortable in breathing.. m gaining weight cause m not able to work out,, plz help..

Possibility of asthma is more in your case.
So better to consult pulmonologist and get done clinical examination of respiratory system and PFT (Pulmonary Function Test).
PFT is needed for the diagnosis of asthma.
It will also tell you about severity of the disease and treatment is based on severity only.
You may need inhaled bronchodilators and inhaled corticosteroid (ICS)
