How To Lower Prolactin Levels Through Change In Diet And Lifestyle?

Hi, To lower my prolactin level, please advise the following: 1) What food to avoid? 2) What food/fruits/meat/seafood that i should take more? 3) Will exercise helps? 4) Changes in my life style? Right now I am taking Cabergoline as I m trying to get pregnant. Any advise is appreciated.

hai,
Generally junk foods,deep fried items,caffeinated drink,white sugar will cause obesity and hormonal imbalance. avoid those categories foods.

taking more leafy vegetables and fruits will help in neutralizing the hormonal imbalance.
no specific food item will reduce the prolactin level.
sesame seeds,peppermint,sage,urad dal,ashoka plant will help in proper functioning of your uterus and regulate your hormonal level.

do exercise for 30 minutes.
take plenty of water.
recent research says yoga will help in proper functioning of pituitary gland.
