How To Heal Severe Right Sided Hip And Groin Pain?

I have hip and groin pain on right side. The groin pain is in the crease at top of leg and is accompanied by a pain in that same area in hip and back. Pain is most severe during sleep on that side and upon awakening...level of pain at beginning of day is about an eight or nine............Thank You Sir

You must get x-ray pelvis with both hip done and discus it with doctor who will do your physical examination and act accordingly. You can also send me the report for further discussion. Do not take any medication without prescription of doctor.
