ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hello,
The ear if examined by ent specialist and if its normal then pain could be because of some dental origin or tonsillar origin or any ulcer at base of tongue or throat.
YOu need to get examined for the throat and get done an endoscopy to visualise for the condition of the throat. You have not mentioned your age the pain could be because of some ulcer at base of tongue which can be examined by endoscopy.
Get dental opinion for tooth ache.
If you have reflux disease ie reflux of food in food pipe like belching or heart burn then also there could be chronic pain in throat and radiating to the ears.Take medicines for reflux.
In doubt do reply.-------
